Some pros file suit against UB.coms parent company, TCOOP is set to start, and Phil Galfond and Daniel Negreanu blog. Its all in todays edition of the PTP Hit and Run.

Legal matters:Some poker pros, including Dustin neverwin Woolf, are filing a RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) lawsuit against Excapsa Software, the parent company of UB.com, in the United States. Get the details here, and you can see the court filing here.

Also, Ira Rubin, one of the people arrested in relation to the Black Friday online poker indictments of last year, has pleaded guilty to some of the charges against him in court. Rubin, who was a payment processor linked to many online poker sites, faces up to two years in prison.
