Legal matters:Some poker pros, including Dustin neverwin Woolf, are filing a RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) lawsuit against Excapsa Software, the parent company of UB.com, in the United States. Get the details here, and you can see the court filing here.

Also, Ira Rubin, one of the people arrested in relation to the Black Friday online poker indictments of last year, has pleaded guilty to some of the charges against him in court.
